Fitzpatrick's Bar & Restaurant (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a hospitality business located at 12-14 Main Street, Baldoyle, Dublin 13, Ireland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. Data We Collect
Booking data, When you make a table reservation we collect your name, email address, phone number, party size, and the date/time of your visit. This is necessary to fulfil your booking.
Transactional emails, We use your email address to send booking confirmations, day-before reminders, pre-arrival directions and post-visit feedback requests. These are integral to the service you requested.
Analytics cookies, Only if you give consent, we load Facebook Pixel and Google Ads tags which collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, time on site). See Section 4 for details.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance, processing your booking and sending service-related emails (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Legitimate interests, operational emails that help you make the most of your visit (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Manage Cookies” in the footer (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Data Sharing
We share your data only where necessary:
- Resend (email delivery), transactional emails only, data processed within the EU/EEA.
- Meta Platforms, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Google LLC, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Vercel, hosting provider, located in the EU region. DPA in place.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
Booking records are retained for 2 years for legitimate business purposes (accounting, dispute resolution). Analytics data is governed by the respective third-party policies (Meta: 180 days; Google: 26 months by default).
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where processing is no longer necessary.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Data portability in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing).
To exercise any right, email us at bookings@fitzersgastropub.ie. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission Ireland.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
